"Christine Lawson State Farm Insurance agency is my current insurance agent. I’ve been with State Farm for years I have received the best service from this State Farm Agency. "I have had them for over a year with no issues until I needed them when I was in an accident then it was a joke. I emailed Heather who was my only point of contact until this point but they had the guy in the office call me who I don’t care for. He is just beyond slow and beats a dead horse when he explaining things but never lands his plane. I emailed Heather the next day and again she didn’t contact me, he called me back. So I’m 2 days behind filing a claim now and then am told he handles the claims AFTER I was told I needed to talk to the OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE. In 18 years of driving, I have always spoke to my appointed agent which would’ve been Heather. This should’ve been explained the day I initially called. I still haven’t heard a thing from my agent who I no longer have respect for. She’s great to get you in and signed up but then I guess her duty ends there once you’re roped in. Why am I paying such outrageous amounts for insurance to have no one do their job? I shouldn’t have had to send an email DEMANDING they do their job and stop telling me to contact the other persons insurance and having me make calls that they should’ve handled. You NEVER ever talk to the other persons insurance. I understand why everyone calls this company Snake Farm. They’ve completely screwed me in this accident and I hate this office more than any insurance I’ve ever had. The second I can take my homeowners and car insurance elsewhere I will even if it means paying a higher premium because it’s better than dealing with this shady office and company. They truly don’t give a crap about their customers. They just want your money and then god forbid you ever need to utilize what you pay for…. That’s a joke. Please consider other insurance companies. There’s brokers locally who can find you way better rates and deals especially if you bundle and you avoid being left in the dark by these people who only care about you paying. ETA: you didn’t resolve anything Christine. I couldn’t reach my worker even though you stated she left in December meaning she WAS there in Oct/NOV when the accident occurred. Your office called me multiple times because they lost or didn’t have the info I supplied on 3+ occasions including the police report and number. My issue was never about it getting paid so I’m not sure why you felt the need to add that. Your office initially told me to go talk to the other persons insurance. Your office is run horribly and your generic comment that has literally NOTHING to do with my complaints is a reflection of how messy your office is run. Never ONCE did I complain about payments being issued. As of my last conversation with the older gentleman in your office he was “going to look into it” about the first accident but that was literally almost a month ago so I’m not sure if he’s lost , forgot or needs me to call back again like I’ve had to do multiple times for things not being noted."

Especially when you were expecting someone else's insurance would pay. Both of your claims were paid by State Farm last year when they happened, and from our conversation you let me know there isn't any other bill or damage that was missed or overlooked. If there is anything that we need to follow up on, please give me a call back, 843-492-7096."
